Overview
EBS (Ethylene Bis Stearamide) emulsion is made of ethylene bis stearamide with plant-based stearic acid as raw material, water, emulsifier, and other additives. It has the appearance of white emulsion and is non-toxic, soluble in water or ethanol.
Characteristics

Applications
路 Can be used in ink, paint, leather coating, etc., to improve the smoothness, abrasion resistance, and anti-adhesion properties;
路 Can also be used in textile post-treatment auxiliaries, paper coating, thermal paper sensitizer, etc;
路 Can be used in water ink to prevent printing materials from sticking to each other;
路 Used as a lubricant, isolating agent, mold release agent, etc. in plastics and rubber.

The advised dosage is 0.1%~6.0%, except stabilizer formula. Detailed dosage vary according to the formula. Differentiated products or solutions are available according to customer needs.
Storage and Handling
The product must be stored airtight, never open mouth, so as not to crust the surface and affect use, and mix it well before use.
Storage and Transport
Store and transport in cool and ventilated environment. In winter, the emulsion should be prevented from freezing and breaking, and must be stored above 0鈩? and attention should be paid to heat preservation measures when transporting; avoid contact with strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidising substances.
