Description
Zinc stearate emulsion is a patent product, specially used as grinding aids for water-based wood primer, putty and applied in water-based coating systems. It can also be used in rubber glove and papermaking industry.
Characteristics
Zinc stearate emulsion HS2040 is a rubber isolator, with the following product characteristics:
1) Excellent isolation effect;
2) Simple to use, no dust in the use process;
3) Does not affect the vulcanization speed and the physical and mechanical properties of the product;
4) High safety, non-toxic, no harm to human health, no pollution to the environment.
Applications
路 Application in the rubber industry: rubber isolator, used for the isolation of raw rubber, unsulfide rubber, film and semi-finished rubber;
路 Application in the water-based wood paint: used as grinding aids for water-based wood primer, putty and applied in water-based coating system, to improve the slip sense of the surface and has the extinction effect;
路 Application in the paper-making industry: waterproof and lubricant, by reducing the friction between coater and coating color and reduce the friction between base paper and coating unit to improve the operability of coating color, but also improve the gloss of the coating;

The advised dosage is 0.1%~6.0%, except stabilizer formula. Detailed dosage vary according to the formula. Differentiated products or solutions are available according to customer needs.
Storage and Handling
Storage and transport under shady, cool and ventilated environment; Avoid acid, alkali and corrosive substances. Keep it away from the humidity, hotness, fire and corrosion.
